Passive:

• In battle, increases own Sp.Atk by 8%. When other Psychic-Type for the first time, increases Overlord Tapu Lele's action points. Tapu Lele's weather buff can't be dispelled, if attempted to dispell, it refreshes instead. For every 5 actions of your Psychic type pokémon, they get an extra action.

Skill 1:

• Skill: Deals Fairy Type Sp.Atk damage based on your 20% own HP and Sp.Atk. Damage based on HP will ignore enemy's Defense. Deals 10% of enemy's max HP in Reaper damage. It can hit Pokémon that are Flying, Diving or Underground, dealing extra 10% reaper damage to those. Cooldown: 2 rounds
  Target: Single - Skill Power: 50
• Z-Skill: Deals Fairy Type Sp.Atk damage based on your 25% own HP and Sp.Atk. Damage based on HP will ignore enemy's Defense. Deals 10% of enemy's max HP in Reaper damage. It can hit Pokémon that are Flying, Diving, Shadow Force or Underground, dealing extra 10% reaper damage to those.

Skill 2:

• Skill: All your pokémon get 25% chance to move again after an attack, lasting for 3 rounds, and increases the action points of a random allied Pokémon (except itself). Increases Psychic Type Skill Power by 100% and both Defenses by 50%, for 3 rounds. Cooldown: 3 rounds
  Target: Self - Skill Power: 0
• Z-Skill: All your pokémon get 25% chance to move again after an attack, lasting for 3 rounds, and increases the action points of a random allied Pokémon (except itself). Increases Psychic Type Skill Power by 100% and both Defenses by 50%, for 3 rounds. All your pokémon can be affected for the Traction effect for 3 rounds, and there's 25% chance of increasing action points for a random allied pokémon every action. Cooldown: 3 rounds

Skill 3:

• Skill: Deals Psychic Type Sp.Atk damage with 20% chance of increasing action points to random allied Pokémon

• Z-Skill: Deals Psychic Type Sp.Atk damage with 100% chance of increasing action points to random allied Pokémon
  Target: Single - Skill Power: 90

Skill 4 (ultimate):

• Skill: Deals Fairy Type Sp.Atk Damage. Reduces target's P.Atk and Sp.Atk by 30% for 3 rounds. Permanently reduces target's skill power by 30, up to 3 times. Can't be dispelled
  Target: Single - Skill Power: 150
• Z-Skill: Deals Fairy Type Sp.Atk damage. Reduces target's P.Atk and Sp.Atk by 30% for 3 rounds. Permanently reduces target's skill power by 60, and the Overlord Skill Power by 60%. Can't be dispelled. This skill can hit enemies Flying, Underground, Diving and Shadow Force
