The Legendary Ribbon is a Single type Ribbon. This ribbon provides P.Def, Sp.Def and can reduce the enemy's speed to the holder
A Ribbon can be upgraded from Rank 1 up to Rank 5, unlocking new buffs.
Own Sp.Def and P.Def +8%
For each attack, there is a 50% chance to reduce rival's SPD by 10%, for 2 rounds, up to 2 times
Enhance Rank 1: Own Sp.Def and P.Def +16%
Enhance Rank 2: For each attack, there is a 50% chance to reduce rival's SPD by 15%, for 2 rounds, up to 2 times
When receiving attacks, reflected damage taken -20%
